ENERGY CERTIFICATE
Company J.M.H. srl offers development of certification and thermal-energy assessment from 2008 for all types of buildings. Companies, managers, building owners need Energy Certificate always at the completition of a new or existing building, after major reconstruction , for sale or lease. In addition to the certification of buildings it specializes to applicants for funding from EU funds. Our company prepares reports to the calculation of energy savings and emissions reductions for their needs.
The law 555/2005 Coll of laws. - Certification
Mandatory for all new and significantly updated the existing building, sales building, buildings for hire, at the completion of new building or major rehabilitation of existing buildings, otherwise it is optional.
It does not apply to historic buildings, churches, temporary buildings, industrial buildings, residential buildings with a use less than 4 months in one year, stand-alone buildings with a useful floor area less than 50 m2.
We will prepare a certificate for any type of buildings at a discount.
